I'm just tired of the same thing being called multiple different names. You go to a certain place that's already marked for you on the mini map, you click on a thing, and you kill the enemies within the vicinity. Going over and closing the hell portals is the same thing as rescuing the trapped soldiers. Though that is technically different from a similar bounty where you have to go and close the hell portals in act 4, at the core of it though it's really the same thing. You basically run up to them, kill the enemies around them, then click the thing and wait for a 3 second cast bar to complete. In D3 bounties, there's one where you have to rescue trapped soldiers or prisoners. If the objective is "protect this soldier from the enemies approaching for the next 30 seconds" - to me that's just the exact same thing as "kill all monsters in cave level 1" but it was given a different name so that it is perceived as more than just monster slaying, even though it's fundamentally not much different from "kill all enemies in cave level 1." The goal is still to take some particular amount of time to kill some particular amount of enemies. The only caveat where I have a concern is if these objectives feel a lot like Diablo 3 bounty objectives. From character builds and skills to lore and theories, we have it all covered.
